To access your email from any computer or browser, use the RTC webmail portal.
Go to webmail.rtcol.com.
Next, sign on using your full email address and password (example: support@rtcol.com).
If Webmail is not your preferred access platform, you can configure your device easily!
To manually set up your @rtcol.com email account in an email client (i.e., Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.), you will need the following information:
Note: Username is your full email address (for example: support@rtcol.com).
Also, if you are signing in on a public computer/device – DO NOT click on the “Stay Signed In” option. Only do that if you are signing in on your personal device that only you access.
